Processing Times
All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production. Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so stay tuned to our homepage or join our email list to be notified!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet our estimated delivery times, but delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, postal service issues, or global events. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, feel free to contact us at sales@thenerdybirder.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize there was a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at sales@thenerdybirder.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with our print partner to resolve it quickly.
